Strike Levels

Strike 1 — Warning

Strike 2 — Loss of position

Strike 3 — Removal from the SIM


Strike issuance is at the discretion of the Commanding Officer.

How Strikes Are Issued

Strikes are primarily issued for two things: zero activity in a month without an approved LOA or ELOA, or behavior that negatively impacts the SIM or its players.

If you go a full month without posting and haven't notified the command team, a strike will be issued. If you're contacted about your activity and there's no response within 48 hours, the strike stands.

Strikes drop off 45 days after being issued, as long as posting requirements are being met during that time.


Story Posts

Occasionally a mission will have a designated Story post — these are key narrative moments for the mission and participation is expected from those included. Just jump in and contribute when you can. These will be clearly labeled, for example: Cold Blue Steel — Story. Behavior & Removal

If a player breaks SIM rules or acts in a way that is harmful to the SIM or any of its members, the command staff will discuss and decide on appropriate action together. In serious cases a player can be removed immediately without prior strikes if the command team deems it necessary. The CO also reserves the right to act independently in such matters. Players removed this way will receive a minimum 6 month ban from the SIM.
