Members are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the sim at all times, both in character and out of character. By continuing, you affirm that you will sim in a proper and adequate manner. Members who choose to make ultra short posts, post very infrequently, or post posts with explicit content outside of approved rating levels will be removed immediately, and by continuing, you agree to this. We do not accept players under the age of 18. Any players found to be under the age of 18 will be immediately removed without question. By agreeing to these terms, you are also saying that you are above the age of 18.

In addition, applicants that attempt to negotiate the join process outside of requirements when additional information is requested, meaning you are failing to respond timely and with appropriate information as requested, will be rejected accordingly.

Members who choose to make ultra short posts, post very infrequently will have progressive action taken against them. By continuing, you agree to this. In addition, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we do not accept players under the age of 18. Any players found to be under the age of 18 will be immediately removed without question. By agreeing to these terms, you are also saying that you are at least the age of 18.

Everyone will be required to post at least two solid mission posts every month to remain active on the Dutchman. All players tagged into story posts for the mission must participate accordingly. Please ensure post tags are solid and comprehensive to allow other writers content to work from and respond to.

By submitting your application to the SIM, you are indicating that you are accepting the posting and activity requirements of this SIM.

Bios are not approved on a conditional status, for any reason. The quality of the application is a major determining factor. If parts of a bio are deemed as needing more work, the applicant will be emailed and the information requested. Failure to respond within the requested time in the email (Depends based on how much additionally is asked for) or if you choose not to provide additional information requested, your application will be reviewed as is and rank and position will be awarded based on what you've given. Rank and position are awarded based on the Command Team's discretion, not on what your character is written as.

Character race\species must be from Alpha Cannon Trek, per SIM Cannon. No Custom races or species will be approved.

Bio Writing:
Paragraphs for as follows:
1 for birth/early childhood
1 for High School (Or equivalent) and why they chose their post High School Career
1 for Early 20's
1 paragraph for every next 3 years

*These are bare minimums. Depending on what position you are going for you will want to have more details\information.

Looking at posts already posted on the SIM will show you what the formatting standards are and give you an idea as to what is required. Please format your sample post in the same fashion or it could effect the appointment to the position you apply for.

All applications are sent to the ships Commander and Executive Officer. We will review the application as soon as possible, but in certain circumstances it may take up to a week. The Commanding Officer or Executive Officer may email you with questions about your application as a reply to your application so please lookout for any such emails during this process.

If you have questions about any part of the application, you may contact the Commander before applying to the SIM. I am always more than happy to work with you on your application before applying. If you work with me, I'll work with you.
